The end of October. We like to park at the 17th street parking spot. It is always less crowded, plus there is a porta and also a shower to rinse off. Even when they do charge it is very inexpensive. Or try finding a spot on the farthest north end and check out the point. That is really nice and not crowded. We have lived here for a year and a half and LOVE IT.
