Teaching mindfulness in the workplace and to individuals. What is mindfulness and what can it do for you? I am talking about how mindfulness can help you to manage the stress and uncertainty of the moment and how to apply it to your running. This session will include strategies to help your brain function better and feel better, and a short meditation. If you know a bit about how your mind works, you can make it work more efficiently and feel less like you have fried your brain by the end of the day. The brain is involved in running from the moment we decide whether we are going out for a run, or not! Being able to control our focus can help us to run further and faster, or just make sure that we get out in the first place.
