The Pittsburgh Steelers have had an extremely aggressive offseason, that has included a lot of moves via trade, as well as a well-documented pursuit of veteran quarterback Aaron Rodgers.

Rodgers' exit from New York included a tenuous meeting that he said came as a surprise. Prior to free agency, Rodgers alleged that "20 seconds" into a sit-down with both Jets coach Aaron Glenn and new general manager Darren Mougey, New York's brass questioned if he still desired to play.

Another large story was the contract dispute between the franchise and star outside linebacker, TJ Watt, who just recently signed his extension on Thursday. Watt was entering the final season of his contract in 2025,
