Allen started his career with the Chargers in 2013 -- when the team was still in San Diego -- and spent 11 seasons with the franchise through 2023.

Keenan Allen is headed home again. The veteran wide receiver and the Chargers agreed to a one-year deal on Tuesday, bringing Allen back to the team where he spent his first 11 seasons in the NFL. The deal is worth $8.52 million, according to NFL Media.

Adding Allen only enhanced the talent pool available to make QB Justin Herbert’s life that much easier in the season to come.
