A former Husker came off the bench to help Atlanta to an overtime win. Jack McVeigh scored 21 points on Monday against Houston for his best game yet.

McVeigh's fourth-quarter surge would spark a late-game comeback, making the fourth quarter a nail-biter for fans. The big man would finish the game, totalling 21 points, knocking down four out of his six three-pointers for Atlanta.

With Rockets guard Reed Sheppard sidelined for precautionary reasons, Kennedy Chandler and Adonis Arms took advantage of the increased responsibility.
