The live-action remake of the original animated film streams on Disney+ on Sept. 3. Until then, Lilo & Stitch is available to buy or rent on digital at Apple TV+, Prime Video and other premium video-on-demand streaming platforms. It will be released on Blu-ray and DVD on Aug. 26, including in a 4K UHD Steelbook collector’s edition.

“Lilo & Stitch” opened to a huge $182.6 million for the domestic Memorial Day weekend box office, which helped set a record alongside Tom Cruise’s “Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning.” The film became the first Hollywood release to hit $1 billion at the worldwide box office in 2025.
