MAGEE, Miss. (WLBT) - If Saturday’s severe weather wasn’t enough, residents near Magee experienced a tremor. On Saturday, the U.S. Geological Survey confirmed a 3.0-magnitude earthquake just under 5.6 miles east northeast of Magee. The quake occurred around 1:49 p.m. and was about 6.5 miles underground.
