After struggling the past few weeks, the Michigan Wolverines had a big opportunity to not only rebound but thrive, going on the road to face No. 11 Purdue. However, Michigan basketball started out flat in West Lafayette, turning the ball over twice early and allowing the Boilermakers to jump out to a 6-0 lead.

Purdue saw a 16-point first half lead against Ohio State vanish in a loss. Friday against Michigan, the Boilers kept pouring it on.

Almost everything that could go wrong did go wrong for Michigan basketball as the Wolverines trailed by 25 at halftime en route to a rout by Purdue.

After blowing a 16-point lead in their last outing against Ohio State, No. 11 Purdue (16-5, 8-2) came into their home building with bad intent, and the Wolverines were their victims.
