A flexible travel policy is in effect, allowing travelers to change their flight at no cost or cancel their flight and receive a refund.

All Alaska Airlines flights were grounded Thursday night as the airline worked to address an information technology problem, the Federal Aviation Administration said.

"We are working to get our operations back on track as quickly and safely as possible," the airline said, adding that further flight disruptions were likely.
