Harjinder Singh, the truck driver accused of making an illegal U-turn that caused the deaths of three people on the Florida Turnpike this year, failed a commercial driver’s license test 10 times, reports say.

I-70 was temporarily closed in both directions for a fiery crash involving two semi-trucks Friday morning, according to Colorado State Patrol (CSP).

The man charged in a fatal crash that killed four teens had been drinking at a bar before driving his pickup the wrong way on the New Jersey Turnpike, State Police said.
