The Irish took a strong step toward potentially stealing May out of SEC country when he is set to make his decision. Notre Dame was included in his recently released top 12 schools list. They were joined by Alabama, Ohio State, Georgia, Texas, Oregon, Oklahoma, Florida State, Auburn, Missouri, South Carolina, and Vanderbilt.

No. 11 Oklahoma made the biggest splash with a shocking upset of No. 4 Alabama in Tuscaloosa. The win keeps OU's playoff hopes alive while inserting some chaos into the SEC title picture.

UA remained at No. 10 in the coaches poll following the win, unchanged from last week’s top 25. The top 11 spots in the coach rankings did not change at all after Saturday’s action.
