WINONA, Minn. (WKBT) -- An 88-year-old Winona woman has died following a crash with a semi Thursday afternoon. According to Minnesota State Patrol, the crash happened at 2:12 p.m. on Highway 43 and Brookview Drive. Ruth Marshall was headed east on Brookview when she collided with a north bound semi truck on Highway 43.
