Pennsylvania Lottery officials said a $3 million winning ticket was sold at Shop 'n Save on William Flinn Highway (Route 8) in Richland Township. The store will get a $10,000 bonus for selling the lucky ticket in the $3,000,000 Golden Ticket game, which costs $30 to play.
The measure would protect the identities of winners of prizes more than $100,000. It passed the Senate unanimously.
