Wireless PC Controller Confusion

My 'good' PC controller is a Logitech F510 (not F310 or F710 to tell you how old it is-- the F510 is the wired version of the F710 and has been out of production for years and years.) It's suffering from pretty bad stick drift. I've been using a PS4 contoller wired, but it's finicky and I'd like to finally go wireless.
