The St. Louis Cardinals are 47-40, 4.0 games back in the National League Central. Barring anything drastic happening over the next month, the Cardinals look to be in a position to potentially not only win the division but also make the postseason via the Wild Card.

More specifically, we're now examining this year's allotment of bubble teams -- i.e. those squads whose status as deadline sellers, buyer, or holders has yet to be determined because they're barely contending or at least very close to barely contending.
