Rohit Sharma will be making his Ranji Trophy comeback after nearly a decade, while other Team India stars also take centre stage.

From Rohit Sharma to Rishabh Pant and Virat Kohli and Mohammed Siraj in the next round, several players who were part of India’s recent tour to Australia will turn out in the premier domestic tournament.

" Varun Chakaravarthy is picking up wickets one after the other. He has done well in the Vijay Hazare Trophy also. He took a five-wicket haul against Rajasthan and has been continuously doing well. Since he has returned to the Indian T20I team, he has been picking up wickets every single time," Chopra said in a video on his YouTube channel.

This website reported on Saturday that Jadeja will confirm his availability or otherwise on Sunday. Jadeja last played a Ranji game in January 2023 when he led Saurashtra against Tamil Nadu in Chennai. That game, in fact, was a test game for his match fitness as he was returning after a knee injury, before the Border Gavaskar Trophy 2023.
