The State Fire Marshal's Office is investigating fatal fires in Harpswell and Old Orchard Beach over the weekend.

Firefighters were first called to Usen Lane at 9:23 a.m. Sunday for a report of a cardiac event. When firefighters arrived, they found John Chadbourne, 70, dead.
