According to the U.S. Marshals Service, Carlos Banks, 28, was shot and killed on the 5100 block of Broadway Avenue in Cleveland at 4 a.m. on Dec. 29. Banks was an up-and-coming rapper who performed under the name KashBankx.

A man accused of killing a Cleveland rapper last month was arrested Thursday in Pennsylvania. Devon Jones, 25, was wanted by the Cleveland police on charges aggravated murder. He was arrested by members of the Western Pennsylvania Fugitive Task Force.
