Officers intercepted 28 pounds of cocaine concealed as hot chocolate from Guatemala. U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers at Washington Dulles International Airport examined a food shipment brought to the United States on Oct. 5 by a Guatemalan courier and found cocaine inside 10 packages of hot chocolate mix.
