Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim has shown that he can be ruthless towards some of his squad, including Marcus Rashford.

Manchester United striker Rasmus Hojlund is effectively ‘on trial’ for the rest of the season after reportedly failing to impress Ruben Amorim since his arrival at Old Trafford. Hojlund scored five goals in his first five games under Amorim but has failed to find the back of the net in his last 11 appearances, going over a month without a goal.

Ruben Amorim knows he must improve Manchester United’s situation in the Premier League, as sitting in 12th place is unacceptable for a club of the Red Devils' stature. He is already planning some changes.
