Voss was a senior at Waukesha West and had plans to become a doctor. The Culver's on Sunset Drive organized an all-day fundraiser Saturday, during which 50% of its sales will go to the Voss family.

The new president and Chief Operating Officer has been announced as Tim Kippenhan, the son of one of the co-owners after the Voss family consolidated ownership of Miron Construction in the 1970s.
