U.S. President Donald Trump says all trade negotiations with Canada are terminated over an anti-tariff ad using a clip of former U.S. president Ronald Reagan.

Ontario's government used Reagan's words in an advertisement promoting free trade between the US and Canada in response to President Trump's tariffs.
