An Alabama woman was killed by a pack of dogs in Alabama this week while she was feeding the animals as their owner was out of town, according to multiple reports.

Though Alabama has stepped up its execution rate in recent months, Hammonds still awaits his date with death and indications are that time may be coming in the not-too-distant future.
