One writer proposed a trade idea where the Lakers get involved in a deal that moves Kevin Durant in order to land themselves another major piece.

Andrew Wiggins is among the most likely candidates the Heat would send out to get Durant. As it turns out, Wiggins was named a potential trade candidate for the Lakers. On Saturday, Jovan Buha of The Athletic said Wiggins is a player the Lakers could realistically acquire.
