A 911 call is shedding light on what happened when an alligator attacked a woman who was kayaking with a group of 30 people on Monday in a canal near the Polk/Osceola County line.
A woman was bit in the elbow by an alligator on Monday while paddling in Tiger Creek Canal in Polk County, FWC officials told WESH 2. The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission responded to the scene with Polk County Fire Rescue.
