A medical emergency caused a crash outside Arrowhead Stadium following Saturday's AFC Divisional Round game. The fire department initially reported that a pedestrian was struck outside the stadium. However, police later clarified that no pedestrian was hit.

One person was injured after being struck by a vehicle outside Arrowhead Stadium. Pop superstar Taylor Swift is back at Arrowhead Stadium for the AFC Divisional Round. Swift is there in support of her boyfriend, Travis Kelce. Kelce, earlier this week, appeared in an interview with ESPN's Pat McAfee.
