Mason Knopp was about to walk toward the school bus, but he says he noticed a car that made him keep his feet on the curb.

Troopers said a 2026 Blue Bird school bus, driven by a 68-year-old man of Metamora, Ohio collided with a 1994 Chevrolet G-Series van. A report from WTVG states that the bus driver is an employee of Evergreen School District, and was test driving the bus when he allegedly drove through a stop sign, resulting in a collision.

According to documents obtained by FOX5, the crash happened Oct. 6 near Madre Mesa Drive and Jones Boulevard. Police say a school bus was stopped at a stop sign on Madre Mesa, and the teen was on a bike on Jones.
