TAMPA, Fla. — The 10 Tampa Bay Weather Team is monitoring Lorenzo, which weakened to a remnant low on Wednesday in the open Atlantic. As of the latest advisory, it's located about 1,300 miles west, northwest of the Cabo Verde Islands, and is moving northeast at 18 miles per hour, with maximum sustained winds at 35 mph.
