The Lake Townsen boat ramp will be temporarily closed on Tuesday, Oct. 28, from 7 a.m. to noon while crews safely remove a large tree near the ramp area.
The Pohoiki Boat Ramp has been Puna’s lifeline to the ocean and a gathering place for swimming and surfing.
