Adan Manzano, a reporter for Telemundo Kansas City, was found dead in a hotel room near New Orleans. A woman he was last seen with has been charged with stealing his credit card and phone.

Police say Danette Colbert was seen in security footage with Manzano, and that his credit card and cell phone were found at her residence.

Adan Manzano, whose wife died in a car crash less than a year ago, was a sports anchor for a Kansas City outlet.
