Minkah Fitzpatrick and the Miami Dolphins agreed Sunday to a restructured contract that adds a $16.245 million signing bonus to the All-Pro safety’s deal.

A day after reports surfaced that Fitzpatrick had enlisted the services of popular agent Drew Rosenhaus, the 28-year-old safety agreed to a revised contract with Miami that adds a $16.2 million signing bonus to his deal according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Minkah Fitzpatrick and his new agent, Drew Rosenhaus, are still pursing a multi-year extension as the revised deal did not add years onto the safety’s contract.
