A dump truck with brake failure crashed into Whisky a Go Go in West Hollywood, causing damage and a power outage.

The beloved venue opened in 1964, serving as “an anchor on the Sunset Strip since its opening.” Over the years, Whisky a Go Go has hosted many musical acts, including the likes of Mötley Crüe, the Doors, Janis Joplin, Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, Van Halen and Guns N’ Roses, among others.

The truck slammed into Whisky a Go Go, a well-known concert venue where a band called "Boy Hits Car" was ironically scheduled to play on Friday night.
