The primary logo pairs the shield with a wordmark set in a customized version of HBS Graphik. An official mark containing the name of the School must appear on all materials intended for external audiences when space allows.
Primary Logos - Harvard Business School
Harvard Business School has two primary logos: the name logo and the shield logo. A name logo (either the horizontal or stacked version) must appear on all materials intended for external audiences. The shield logo is optional when the horizontal name logo is used, but is required when the stacked name logo is used.

The Harvard Business School name and shield are trademarks and their use is governed by explicit rules and guidelines. All members of the community must respect and maintain the integrity of the HBS name and logo.
Harvard Business School Clubs and Associations can help with this effort by notifying the Trademark Program whenever its members become aware of any unauthorized uses of the Harvard name.
