At least seven explosions were reported in Venezuela’s capital Caracas around 2 a.m. local time, according to witnesses, prompting residents in several neighborhoods to rush into the streets as low-flying aircraft fueled panic across the city. The Venezuelan govt has not yet issued an official statement, while unverified social media videos claim to show explosions in different parts of the capital.
