Bodyweight 85kg. New Strict Press PB 🎉 105kg. There’s not a lot of flashy stuff I can do at the moment with some disc issues in my back. But apparently loading for strict press and just staying pretty “straight” seems to be okay! Gave 110kg a go too, but that was not meant to be 😂 Maybe one day! But it was nice to push it on a strength movement, first time in a while. Hopefully my recovery keeps improving and I can still compete properly this season!
