Street Division employees with the City of Odessa were prepared for icy conditions and spent the morning winterizing roads with a sand and salt mixture. Crews treated the overpass at W. Highway 80 East and Parkway Boulevard. Here's video of that taking place. Earlier today, they winterized the underpass at 8th Street and Grandview Avenue.
