What does mink meat taste like?? Certainly not a favorite, but fine if cooked right! If you’re trapping for food on a river, beaver and muskrats taste much better. When I trap mink, I save the fur for some winter clothing products I’m working on. (There’s nothing warmer and more sustainable than fur clothing) I don’t let the meat go to waste. I boil it on an outdoor stove, and feed the whole carcass to my chickens, who convert that protein into eggs for my family! #survival #trapping #hunting #n
