Today's dinner and lunch plan is definitely a biryani or pilau, so here's my really simple chicken pilau recipe using a home made pilau masala for you to enjoy. Also, do note that I have used a broiler chicken which is why it cooks so quickly. If you are going to use Kienyeji, make sure you boil that chicken before cooking it.
