2 killed, driver arrested after van hits a tree on Bukit Timah Road near KK Hospital. Two men aged 25 and 42 died in this accident on early Saturday morning (Oct 20 at 3.10am), with 25-year-old driver taken to a hospital. According to the police, the two who died were passengers while the injured man was the driver. The driver has been arrested for causing death by a rash act, Police said.
