Call came in for a chow that had been staying on the reporting party’s porch. The reporting party had several dogs that did not like the chow being on the other side which quickly became a barking issue for the neighbors. He freaked out a bit on the leash but after securing him, he allowed me to pet all over and was very sweet! #animalwelfare #animalrescue #dog
