What is the meaning of Appreciate?

Have you ever tried gratitude journalling? I find it’s something we’re all advised to do at some point or another, and whether or not it works really depends on how much emotion we invest into it. Scribbled mechanically, it’s just ink on paper… but if we use it as an opportunity for introspection it becomes a lens for noticing the good in your life...
