Caught some late afternoon footage at Letaba in 2025 of this Southern Red-Billed Hornbill taking a sandbath and snacking in the grasses. These cuties have a beak that resembles a chilli pepper and when its breeding time the female will seal herself in a tree by building a tiny wall with mud and feces and the male will bring food during the day.
